I am bit sad that the challenge is over.

Tonight I will listen to a couple of my all-time fav meditations to celebrate šŸ™‚

If you have never done meditation you should definitely give it a try. It is very addicting. You learn to slow down, put your worries away, be relaxed, not let anxiety control you.. even if it is for the duration of the meditation. Sometimes it is all that it takes – being able to find it in you to let go for 5 minutes. Because then you know that you can and next time you can try and let go for 10 min.

I am still so very far from doing meditation on my own but then again, this is not a race and I am enjoying my journey. Right now I have a lot of emotions related to my experience that I am not entirely sure how to convert into words. It will come later, and when it does I will share it with you.

Take care of yourself. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself “me-time”. Be thankful. And…
