meditation-5

Sorry, this post is being published late as I was watching the first episode of season 4 of Sherlock Holmes. Benedict Cumberbatch. Sigh.

But this  post  should be about meditation so let me try (still thinking about the episode though 🙂 I have noticed that voice in the guided meditation is very important. I can’t seem to concentrate on the meditation itself if I do not like the voice. I am not sure if it is like that for everyone. I understand that I am missing out on some great meditations because of this but I can’t enjoy it just as much.

Another thing that adds to the great experience for me is either sounds of nature or some sort of zen music in the background. Again, it might be true only for myself and other people find it better to have no background sound at all. You have to find out what works for you by trial and error. There are bazillions of guided meditations on YouTube. I am sure there is something out there that you might like.

Namaste.
